HOW TO USE IZOME BLACK BOARD INSULATION
● 1 Clean the IZOME panels Remove all dust and debris from the panels before installation.
● 2 Apply adhesive Use IZOME cement adhesive for external/wet areas or IZOME gypsum adhesive for internal areas.
● 3 Cure the wall Wet the wall with water before applying adhesive to ensure proper bonding.
● 4 Fix IZOME panels Apply panels to the wall using the appropriate adhesive, ensuring even coverage.
● 5 Attach BRC galvanized steel mesh Fix the mesh on top of IZOME with screws, leaving a 3 mm gap from the surface.
● 6 Plastering application Apply plaster (gypsum or cement polymer modified) with half the thickness behind the mesh and half in front.
● Important: Do not apply cement directly on IZOME panels. Always use the recommended adhesive and mesh system for proper installation.
